SALARY: R173 703 per annum

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 with 1-year financial management/accounting experience or an appropriate Degree/National Diploma in Accounting/Finance.Other Skills / Requirements: Understanding and experience in BAS, SAP, SRM, and Persal. Thorough knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and financial policies and procedures. Must be computer literate (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Candidates must have work experience in Budget processes, Reporting, and Accounts Payable. Sound accounting skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Compile and manage the budget of the institution within the district and Bronkhorstspruit Hospital. Monitor budget spending by the set policies and procedures. Help and Bas report back to management and institutions within the district in terms of budget, expenditure, and reporting monthly. Manage and identify miscellaneous payments and therefore the clearing of suspense/control accounts, Safekeeping of Basic Accounting records and face value documents. Approve handcart and confirmation of products receive a voucher (GRV) on SRM). Attend to supplier’s queries and web cycle. Monitor commitment register. Perform monthly reconciliations of transversal systems (BAS/PERSONAL, BAS/SAP, BAS/MEDSAS, and Revenue)
