In-store Media Manager
Job Role & Duties
The Squad Lead: In-store Media has the most role of leading the in-store squad, managing activities of the in-store media tacts, and monitoring performance as an entire. The Squad Lead: In-store Media defines and communicates the Squad’s KPIs and targets to the market regularly, analyses customer and market behavior patterns, and subsequently defines data-driven action strategies to consistently optimize in-store media’s commercial performance.
Most importantly the candidate is going to be required to perform the subsequent responsibilities on be in charge of in-store media strategy This includes but isn’t limited to implementing new revenue-generating media channels inside the in-store space, driving in-store supplier campaign propositions, driving the in-store execution team’s delivery and compliance.
Formulate the KPIs Coaches the team to assure the standard of delivery meets the relevant standard Identify team purposes and evaluate team progress Organize in-store media squads initiatives Provide industry and merchandise expertise on market and competitive conditions to steer to raised strategic decisions Compiling and sending management reports as needed by the business for important updates Use data analysis to develop the proposition
Qualifications and requirements
Educated to minimum baccalaureate level ideally in marketing or similar field.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in Retail Media. Additional marketing skills developed within the Retail Media environment are favorable Possess excellent understanding and knowledge in managing Retail Media Up-to-date on the newest trends and technologies in Retail Media. Expertise in managing direct reports.
.Strong project management skills earlier experience in managing (leading) projects involving cross-functional teams is preferred. Confident in performing analysis, diagnosis, and solutions to senior management. Strong strategic thinking, planning, and priority setting.
