Job Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric Certificate)
- PSIRA Registered (Security Officer Grade C)
- Valid Driver’s License and Firearm Competency Certificate
- Clean Criminal Record

Executive Protection Officer (PSIRA Grade A) – Sandton, Johannesburg
Job Overview
ARM is seeking a highly skilled Executive Protection Officer (PSIRA Grade A) to ensure the safety of the Executive Chairman, his family, company executives, and assets. The role requires 5+ years of close protection experience, deep knowledge of PSIRA compliance, and expertise in security operations and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Protection: Safeguard the Executive Chairman, family, and company executives and Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to PSIRA regulations, Firearms Control Act 60 of 2000, and company policies.
- Risk Assessments: Conduct security evaluations and implement mitigation strategies and Fleet Management: Oversee company vehicles used by the Protection Services team.
- Security Operations: Plan and execute emergency response drills and event security and stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with law enforcement and external security providers.
- Audits & Reporting: Monitor PSIRA compliance, conduct internal audits, and maintain records.
Job Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
- PSIRA Grade A Registration (Mandatory)
- Expertise in Firearms Control Act 60 of 2000
- Security Policy & SOP Drafting Experience
- Valid Driver’s License & Clean Criminal Record
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
