Cleaners

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning of offices, warehouses, and facilities and make sure hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Handle waste disposal and recycling procedures
  • Use cleaning equipment & chemicals safely
  • Report maintenance issues to supervisors

Requirements:

  • Previous cleaning experience (advantageous) and Ability to work independently & in a team.
  • Physically fit for manual labor and Reliable & detail-oriented.

General Workers

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in loading & unloading goods and Support warehouse operations (packing, sorting, labeling).
  • Maintain clean & organized workspaces.
  • Follow safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:

  • No formal experience required (training provided) and Physically strong for manual handling.
  • Punctual & willing to work shifts (day/night).

Security Officers

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor premises (warehouses, offices, yards) and Conduct access control & patrols.
  • Report suspicious activities and Ensure compliance with safety & security policies.

Requirements:

  • PSIRA Grade C certification (essential) and Previous security experience in logistics/warehousing.
  • Vigilant, honest & professional.

Drivers (Code 10/14)

Responsibilities:

  • Transport goods safely & on time and Perform vehicle inspections & maintenance.
  • Adhere to traffic laws & company policies and Assist with loading/unloading when required.

Requirements:

  • Valid Code 10 or 14 driver’s license.
  • PDP (Professional Driving Permit) required.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Experience in freight/logistics (advantageous).

Job Description

The Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in expanding DSV’s client base while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met efficiently and Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
  2. Business Development & Lead Generation
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and referrals.
    • Develop a strong sales pipeline and track progress using CRM tools and Conduct cold calls, client meetings, and presentations to promote DSV’s services.
  3. Sales Strategy & Performance Tracking
    • Implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets and Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
    • Collaborate with the broader sales team to align efforts and maximize business growth.
  4. Product Knowledge & Solution Selling
    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of DSV’s logistics services, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain solutions and Customize service offerings based on client-specific needs, presenting tailored solutions that enhance efficiency and cost savings.
  5. Compliance & Professional Representation
    • Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices and Represent DSV with professionalism and integrity, reinforcing the company’s reputation as a trusted logistics partner.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, target-driven professional with a passion for sales and logistics. Key attributes include:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in sales, preferably within the logistics, freight, or supply chain industry and Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to persuade, influence, and build rapport with clients.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and capitalize on opportunities and Independence & Team Collaboration: Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to team objectives and Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (advantageous).
