- Providing clerical support and messenger services within the office and collecting and delivering documentation, mail, and related items within the Department.
- Copying, packaging,binding,g and faxing documents where required and Preparing documents for scanning.
- Keeping accurate records of delivered mail and ensuring proper tracking and handling of documents.
- Assisting with registry-related duties and providing messenger services within the relevant office and performing any other reasonable duties assigned by supervisors.
