Cleaners
Duties and Responsibilities
- Proper cleaning of toilets, equipment, offices, state property and assets and make sure effective use of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Clean the Reception area and offices daily.
- Empty office dustbins daily and dispose of all refuse appropriately in the refuse bins for collection and Collect paper waste in the specially marked bins for collection by the Recycling Company
- Check bathrooms twice a day and clean accordingly.
- Dust office furniture timeously and Vacuum all carpets at least twice per week and Clean windows on the inside at least quarterly on a rotational basis
- Store all cleaning equipment and products neatly in the designated cupboards on each floor.
- Provide assistance in the preparation of meetings in the boardroom and make that all OHS act (Occupational Health and Safety) requirements are adhered to for site specific requirements in line with company policies, quality programmes and legislation.
- To maintain a high standard of morale and motivation through good communication skills and May be required to assist with any other duties that may be outside the scope of responsibility.
Skills and Competencies
- Good communication skills and Basic knowledge of general hygiene practices
- Knowledge of facility layout and Knowledge of cleaning products and applications
- Ability to use a variety of cleaning equipment and products.
- Basic literacy and communication skills and Understanding of departmental policies and procedures
- Willingness to extend hours, including overtime, weekends and public holidays and Preference will be given to candidates from the local area where the office and/or position will be based.
Qualifications

Drivers
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver all goods safely and timeously and make sure safe staff transport from unit to unit;
- Make sure vehicle is clean and serviced regularly and all delivery documents are completed accurately;
- Maintain a logbook at all times and Report any defects or accidents immediately;
- Complete tasks within a specified time and May be required to assist with any other duties that may be outside scope of responsibility and To work well with all levels within the company and to be professional when offering these services;
- To make sure that the experience and interaction between themselves and others are of a positive nature.
Skills and Competencies
- Presentable and neat
- Excellent customer service
- Good command of English.
Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 12
- Valid Driver’s licence Code 10
- A valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)
General Assistance
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, canteen, and service areas and Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and other kitchen equipment
- Assist with basic food preparation when required (minimal cooking) and Serve food to customers during meal times
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions and make sure hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times
- Assist the team with general duties as needed
Skills and Competencies
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential and Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills and High level of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Roof Cleaner
Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean roofs, gutters, downpipes, and rainwater management systems and Remove leaves, branches, fruit, and other organic debris from roof surfaces.
- Clean, sanitize, and safely remove wildlife contamination where required and Assist with routine roof inspections and identify maintenance concerns.
- Report defects, damage, leaks, and safety hazards to the Engineering team and support roof repair, waterproofing, and preventative maintenance activities.
- Ensure roof access points and work areas are maintained in a safe condition and Use ladders, access equipment, and personal protective equipment correctly.
- Adhere to all working-at-height procedures, safety standards, and company policies and Maintain good housekeeping standards in all assigned areas.
Skills and Competencies
- Roof and gutter cleaning techniques and Safe use of ladders and height-access equipment.
- Basic roof inspection and defect identification and Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Basic maintenance support skills and Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Good housekeeping and asset care practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Physically and medically fit to work at heights.
- Ability to safely use ladders and roof access equipment.
Advantageous
- Working at Heights certification/training.
- Previous experience in roofing, maintenance, facilities management, cleaning, or outdoor labor-intensive environments.
- Experience working within hospitality, resort, or commercial facilities.
