We are looking for passionate, talented, and driven individuals to join our team as Customer Development Representatives in the Kimberley region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build strong customer relationships, drive sales growth, and contribute to the success of one of South Africa’s leading beverage companies.

Job Purpose.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing customer-focused sales strategies within the tavern market, strengthening brand presence, increasing sales volumes, growing market share, and maintaining SAB’s competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tavern owners and customers and conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and address customer needs.
  • Achieve sales and volume targets while ensuring consistent direct purchases from SAB.
  • Monitor product availability and manage stock rotation to prevent shortages.
  • Execute merchandising, pricing, promotional, and branding activities in line with SAB guidelines.
  • Manage and verify SAB assets, including refrigeration units, signage, and merchandising materials.
  • Make sure products are displayed effectively to maximize visibility and sales performance and Maintain accurate customer records and administrative data.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree qualification
  • Valid Code 8 Driver’s Licence (unendorsed)
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge of the Kimberley area
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Successful completion of a driver competency assessment before appointment
