This 12-month learnership programme combines structured classroom learning with practical workplace experience, giving learners the opportunity to develop valuable skills and gain real-world exposure in a professional environment.
Designed for individuals who have completed Grade 12, the programme focuses on building essential workplace competencies, including literacy, numeracy, communication, computer proficiency, and fundamental business knowledge.
During the practical workplace component, learners will assist with administrative duties and provide support to managers and various departments, helping them gain hands-on experience and improve their workplace readiness.
The training component includes key areas such as entrepreneurship, business operations, customer service, business accounting, mathematical literacy, communication skills, and computer applications, equipping learners with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in today’s working environment.
