What Is First Home Finance?

First Home Finance 2026 Application Information

The 2025/26 First Home Finance online application window closed to new applications on 20 March 2026.

For the 2026/27 financial year, new applications are expected to be accepted during designated application periods, with the relevant dates communicated through official First Home Finance and National Housing Finance Corporation platforms.
